Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, collection launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery windows may vary depending on:

Little Loungers is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once packages have been transferred to the carrier.


LUXURY & HEIRLOOM ITEMS

Certain personalized, embroidered, made-to-order, or specialty heirloom items may require additional processing time.

If an item requires extended preparation, our team will contact you directly with an estimated timeline.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Little Loungers is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Little Loungers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly first. Our team will also do our best to assist where possible.


PREORDERS & SPECIAL ORDERS

Items marked as preorder or special order may have extended fulfillment timelines.

Estimated shipping windows for preorder items will be noted on the product page when applicable.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may ship together once all items become available unless otherwise requested.


LOCAL PICKUP 

Local pickup may be available for select orders at our Brooklyn boutique location.

Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email notification once the order is ready.
